We are able to draw on Sandra's vast experience as a creative writer/creative director in Direct, Digital and Advertising. Her agency tenures include Grey, Wunderman, WNM Sydney, George Patterson Y&R Melb, M&C Saatchi (twice) and AJF Partnership. Her work has been recognised locally and internationally as a winner at Cannes, LIA, MADC, AWARD, Caples, One Show, Effie Australia and in 2016 helped Officeworks win an IPA Effectiveness award in London. Sandra’s strategic insights are integral to her writing and believes messages that are grounded in human truths and emotion directly impact sales and brand loyalty. She considers her two children to be her greatest and toughest achievement.

With over 25 years global experience, Ed has worked on some of Australia's most loved brands, designed some of the UK’s first online stores and internet banking systems, created some of the earliest banners, viral videos and social campaigns, run departments, brands and award winning advertising campaigns. Over this time, he’s developed a keen eye which, combined with a fascination of knowing what makes people tick, means work he is involved in is as aesthetically beautiful as it is effective.

Consulting Art Director

Over the past 25 plus years Sharon has Art Directed most things in Adland from Bonds undies to Domino’s pizzas. She brings a passion for retail advertising (and is not adverse to a bit of retail therapy), and strong design eye. Over the years she’s won awards, judged awards and is a firm believer that things not only need to look good, but also need to work hard. She’s happiest on, in or near the ocean.

Film Director

Mikey has directed numerous TVCs and corporate films for clients including Dulux, Metricon, Sensis, The University of Melbourne and RMIT. He is calm and composed, working closely with clients, his cast and crew to ensure each project connects strongly with its target audience.

Film Director

Matthew McCaughey is an award-winning director who has been entertaining the general populous for the last 20 years. Matthew has directed around the globe, in numerous languages and genres. From music videos for punk bands in tiny pubs, to multiple country shoots for multinationals, Matthew can take on the big and the small. His work has scale and humour, intimacy and elegance. If it’s characters you want to create, then Matthew is your guy.

Production Manager

Client-facing Scarlett works closely with stakeholders in developing an efficient shoot schedule, coordinating talent and preparing them for a relaxed on-camera experience, and making sure everyone is well caffeinated on set. When she’s not at Hase, Scarlett is in production of a yet-to-be announced ABC documentary. She’s recently produced a Screen Australia funded series, and worked in the production team of Netflix’s Clickbait. Scarlett's also qualified to practice law, but prefers to work in media.

Cinematographer

Cesar’s cinematography ranges from polished TVCs and high-end TV content to fast and furious documentary work. A dynamic aesthetic style and eye for composition has earned him directing credits on three seasons of Grand Designs Australia, and the receipt of twelve awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society.

Wardrobe Stylist

Bringing her 20 years experience in the fashion industry into the team, Kris is used to an environment where organisational discipline needs to be combined with lateral thinking to achieve the outcome the client requires. Tertiary studies in fashion design in Berlin & working for designer labels in Germany, eventually led Kris to Australia where her experience included high end fashion, ready to wear, & bridal couture. Having spent the last three years as a wardrobe stylist & costume designer - Kris feels like she has found her happy place! Even if that means often working under significant time pressure. She recognises the importance of constant and clear communication. Clients tell us that they see her as a solution focused professional while still being highly approachable.

Finance Manager

Holly is a Registered BAS Agent and degree-qualified accountant with a strong interest and background in the film and television industry. She holds a Master of Business (Bus. Law) from the University of Sydney and a Grad.Dip. in Producing & Screen Business from AFTRS. Holly specialises in bookkeeping and management accounting for small media businesses. Holly has many broadcast credits and helps film producers with grant applications, budgets, QAPE Reporting and streamlining accounting processes for animation, documentary or feature film productions.

Stills Photographer

Kits creative flare, passion and charismatic personality are key to getting the best results for your photography project. With his extensive technical knowledge and flexibility, you are ensured a skill set consistently able to deliver high-quality images. Whether on location or in studio his bold nature and drive for perfection is well balanced by his client focus and professionalism. He is always able to get the best from people by putting them at ease.

Sound Recordist

Melbourne-based Juan is passionate about sound and loves being on set. He’s worked as sound recordist, mixer and boom operator for documentaries, TV series, and short films. Having worked in a range of environments, his skills are diverse and adaptable to ensure an optimum result for each client.

Hair & Make-up Stylist

Sue’s make-up and hair work is styled to showcase the essential beauty of her subjects. It's been featured across TV, film and special events, and published in over 20 books and magazines.

Film Editor

Ben loves the many possibilities that can be crafted from raw footage. He loves finding the rhythm, emotion and storyline that works the best. He thinks there’s nothing better than sharing the moments of excitement and achievement as footage turns into something special. An editor for the past 15 years, Ben uses Media Composer (Avid) and Adobe CC (Premiere Pro), and has worked across multiple television networks and brands.

Motion Designer

Matt has been a motion designer for over 15 years, working with RMIT, Australian Unity, Cancer Council Victoria, Seek, American Express and the Australian Defence Force. He loves all things design, illustration, and animation — so naturally, infographics, titles and character animation are his bread and butter. Matt also prides himself on time management and attention to detail, making sure that all projects run efficiently and to a high standard.

Web Developer

Callum has created engaging online adverts, interactive cross-platform media, websites and more. He recently created an online event platform and suite of social distance games for the community to use in the recent COVID lockdowns. Callum has extensive experience working with strict guidelines, briefs and deadlines.

Sound Engineer

Paul is an award-winning sound designer and mixer with over 25 years of experience working in post production audio. His impressive portfolio includes feature and short films, trailers, TV series, documentaries, and TV and radio commercials.

Colourist

Working within the film and TV advertising industry for 20 years, Marty has gained substantial experience in both production and the creative elements of post production businesses. After years of sitting behind the same desk, he’s finally stretching his legs and freelancing — bouncing from post-house to post-house, colour grading many award winning TV commercials.
